**Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability, and Parental Consent** I acknowledge that participation in activities at this facility, including but not limited to inflatable bounce houses, slides, climbing structures, obstacle courses, play equipment, and other recreational attractions, involves inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to, slips, falls, collisions with equipment or other participants, improper landings, equipment malfunction, and other hazards that may result in serious injury, illness, property damage, permanent disability, or death. I voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with participation and accept full responsibility for any injury, damage, or loss that may occur. I certify that I, and any minor participant for whom I am signing, are physically able to participate. I agree to follow all posted rules, safety instructions, age and height restrictions, and directions given by facility staff. I understand that failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the facility without refund. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release, waive, and hold harmless the facility, its owners, operators, employees, volunteers, contractors, affiliates, and agents from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from participation in activities at the facility, including claims arising from ordinary negligence, but excluding claims resulting from gross negligence, reckless conduct, or intentional misconduct where prohibited by law. I agree to be responsible for any damage to the facility or its equipment caused by my actions or the actions of any minor for whom I am responsible, excluding ordinary wear and tear. If I am signing on behalf of a minor, I certify that I am the minor's parent or legal guardian, or otherwise have legal authority to execute this agreement. I consent to the minor's participation, accept all risks on the minor's behalf, and agree to all terms of this waiver for both myself and the minor. In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize facility staff to obtain emergency medical treatment for myself or the minor participant if I cannot be reached. I understand that I am solely responsible for any medical expenses incurred. I understand that this agreement is intended to be legally binding to the fullest extent permitted by law. If any portion is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. By selecting "I Agree" or signing electronically, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability, and Parental Consent Agreement, understand that I am giving up certain legal rights, and voluntarily agree to its terms.
