- Contact and registration details, such as your name, email address, phone number, selected pass or membership, and information you choose to provide about children, including names and birthdates.
- Transaction and booking details, such as purchases, reservations, event requests, attendance, and payment status. Payment card details are entered directly with our payment processor and are not stored by us.
- Waiver information, including your typed signature, the waiver version you accepted, acceptance date and time, IP address, and browser information.
- Communications and technical information, including messages you send us and basic information created when you use the site.
How we use information
We use information to register guests, provide and manage passes, memberships, visits, waivers, purchases, and bookings; respond to questions; operate and secure the website; maintain business records; comply with legal obligations; and, when you opt in, send promotions or event news.
When we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may provide information to service providers that help us operate, such as payment processors, email or text-message providers, hosting providers, and scheduling services. If you check the text-message opt-in box, you agree to receive recurring promotional text messages from Lovebug's Jump House at the number you provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may also unsubscribe here or use the unsubscribe link in an email. Transactional messages about a purchase, visit, or booking may still be sent when necessary.
Children's information
A parent or guardian may optionally provide a child's name and birthdate for birthday offers and visit-related services. Children should not submit information directly. Contact us if you would like a child's information corrected or deleted.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Waivers and transaction records may be kept longer where required. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
