These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Lovebug's Jump House website and your online registrations, purchases, and bookings. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Eligibility and accurate information
You must be able to enter a binding agreement in your location, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide current, accurate information and are responsible for activity associated with the contact details you provide.
Passes, memberships, and bookings
Offerings, prices, schedules, capacity, and availability may change. A submission is not guaranteed until any required payment is completed and you receive confirmation. Passes and bookings are subject to posted restrictions and on-site rules. We may correct pricing or description errors and may decline or cancel an order or booking; if we cancel a paid order, we will provide an appropriate refund.
Payments, cancellations, and refunds
You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the displayed amount and applicable taxes or fees. Any cancellation, rescheduling, expiration, renewal, or refund terms shown with a particular offer or communicated at booking are part of these terms. Except where required by law or stated otherwise for an offer, completed purchases are final.
Waivers and venue rules
Participation may require a separate safety waiver. These website terms do not replace that waiver. Guests must follow staff instructions, safety requirements, age or supervision rules, and other policies posted at the venue. We may refuse entry or end participation when reasonably necessary for safety, misconduct, nonpayment, or violation of venue rules.
Acceptable use
You may use this site only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, misuse another person's identity or payment method, introduce malicious code, scrape the site excessively, or use its content in a way that infringes another person's rights.
Intellectual property
The site and its text, branding, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to Lovebug's Jump House and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit them without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Lovebug's Jump House will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Privacy and third-party services
Our single, controlling Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including the protections that apply to mobile phone numbers and messaging consent data. The site may use or link to service providers that process information on our behalf and are governed by their own terms and policies.
Promotional text messages
If you separately opt in, you agree to receive recurring promotional text messages from Lovebug's Jump House at the mobile number you provide. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Changes and contact
